Job Title: Lead Driver for Toronto Deliveries

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Driver to join our team at Box Bus Inc. in Toronto. As a Lead Driver, you will be responsible for delivering packages and cargo to various locations in the Toronto area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver packages and cargo to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist in the training and development of new drivers
  • Coordinate with dispatch to manage routes and schedules
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
Requirements:
  • Valid Class 2 safety vest and hard-toe shoes/boots
  • Winter/all-weather tires (not all-season)
  • Reliable and safe vehicle for work (minivan or cargo van)
  • Smartphone with data plan
  • Relatively clean driver abstract
  • No DUI/DWI or suspensions within five previous years
  • Able to pass a criminal background check
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of courier experience in the Toronto/Scarborough area
  • Intelcom experience in delivery or dispatch
  • Team lead/management experience
  • Customer service background
