Job Title: Logistics Supervisor

At Ahluwalia Logistics Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management on operational performance and productivity.
  • Coordinate and assign tasks to team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to improve their performance.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a warehouse setting.
