Job Title: Senior Enterprise Business Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Business Architect to lead our organization's transformation and change management activities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve our information management practices and ensure alignment with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead business process change and transformation initiatives
  • Participate in change impact analysis and information management planning
  • Analyze and develop business critical success factors
  • Develop transformation or change management strategies and project roadmaps
  • Establish a baseline of processes, templates, and tools for transformation project leadership
  • Identify and document internal controls to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Lead transformation or change management activities to implement strategies and project roadmaps
  • Develop and implement strategies and processes to collect, retrieve, and capture information
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of information management standards and practices
  • Identify and analyze content management issues and provide recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
  • Secret clearance with the Federal Government
  • 10+ years of experience as an IM Business Architect
  • 5 projects with a value of $500k or more, conducting requirements gathering and documenting current processes
  • Relevant certification or Master's Degree in Science, Computer Science, or Engineering
  • Certified Business Architect (CBA), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Certified Management Consultant (CMC), TOGAF 9.2 Level 1 certification (Foundation), and TOGAF Level 2 certification (Certified)
