Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Licensed Insurance Advisor, Life to join our Life Sales team at the RBC Insurance Advice Centre. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional client service, build strong relationships, and identify opportunities to offer insurance solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively interact with clients over the phone to provide insurance advice and solutions
  • Conduct personalized needs assessments and reviews to identify potential insurance opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with clients through meaningful discussions and exceptional customer service
  • Apply critical thinking to identify and analyze risks and ensure clients are offered coverage that aligns with their needs
  • Contribute to team sales plan by achieving new business goals and proactively referring clients for other solutions
Requirements
  • Possession of a Life License Qualification Program (LLQP)
  • Flexibility to work all shifts within the hours of operation
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships and connect with clients
  • Digital literacy across a broad range of services
