We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Translator to join our team at The Cigna Group. As a Technical Translator, you will be responsible for translating technical documents from English to French, ensuring accuracy and quality in your work.
Key Responsibilities- Translate technical documents, including software manuals, user guides, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with the translation team to ensure consistency and quality in translations.
- Use specialized terminology and glossaries to ensure accuracy and consistency in translations.
- Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality translations on time.
- Work with computer-assisted translation software to streamline the translation process.
- Bachelor's degree in Translation or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in technical translation, preferably in the IT industry.
- Member of the OTTIAQ (an asset).
- Excellent knowledge of French and English grammar and vocabulary.
- Proficient in using translation software and tools, such as MemoQ.
- Ability to obtain Enhanced Reliability Clearance from the Federal Government.
