Job Title: Transportation Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Neon Freight Inc. As a key member of our logistics operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Arrange training for staff
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • More than 20 people supervised
