Accounting Supervisor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Accounting Supervisor to lead our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial reporting, and a commitment to accuracy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing accounting functions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and maintaining the integrity of our financial systems. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support reporting and schedules for internal and external stakeholders, including management, board, and compliance reporting.
  • Prepare and analyze actual monthly, quarterly, and year-end consolidated financial statements and other reports with oversight from more senior team members.
  • Perform general and cost accounting activities through the preparation and analysis of budgeting/forecasting, cost reports, balance sheets, general ledgers, and payable/receivable accounts.
  • Support the planning, preparation, and documentation for the auditing process, including gathering documentation and the preparation for processing various sales, purchase, and expense documents.
  • Provide leadership to clerical team members, including goal setting, performance management, and training and development.

Qualifications:

  • You have a Degree with preference for Business or Accounting.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • You're honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do.
