Best of Stone Baked Pizzeria Ltd. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Work Environment:

Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment, and you will be required to work under pressure to meet the demands of our customers. You will be required to stand for long periods, walk, and use your hands to perform tasks.
