Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen and dining area, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including food preparation and portioning.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customer complaints and concerns.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
