About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Clerk to join our team at Dinesh Financial Services Inc. As a Financial Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and account analysis.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and Simply Accounting. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Work Environment

Our office is located in an urban area, and public transportation is available. The work environment is fast-paced, and the successful candidate must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
