About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at Dynamont Bookkeeping & Financial Services. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and accounts of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Perform various accounting and bookkeeping tasks, such as reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and maintaining general ledgers.
  • Payroll and Invoicing: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll and maintain accurate records of invoices and payments.
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare financial reports and statements to help our clients make informed business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
Computer and Technology Skills
  • Tally ERP: Proficient in using Tally ERP software.
  • Accounting Software: Experienced in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks.
  • MS Excel: Skilled in using MS Excel for data analysis and financial modeling.
Work Environment
  • Work Type: Hybrid work arrangement.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
