  • Develop and support marketing programs & campaigns, online content, print material, and other sales tools to achieve accessory sales targets.
  • Maintain and update accessory information via accessory application charts, installation instructions, and accessory image assets.
  • Work closely with Parts/Inventory to ensure accurate accessory order/procurement and pricing structure.
  • Process vendor invoices, maintain records of financial transactions, and track against budget.
  • Process direct ship sales transactions and adjustments, and report on parts, accessories, and service metrics.
Requirements:
  • College Diploma in a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in Automotive, Marketing/Advertising, or Accounting/Finance.
  • Bilingual in French/English is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, VBA programming/macros, and intermediate understanding of MS Word and PowerPoint.
  • Accounting software experience, such as SAP or Ariba, is an asset.
  • Photoshop/design experience at an intermediate level.
  • Working with data cubes for data extract is an asset.
