Insurance Broker Role at Infinity Wealth Solutions Inc.

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Broker to join our team at Infinity Wealth Solutions Inc. As an Insurance Broker, you will play a crucial role in assessing potential client markets, calculating premiums, and establishing client insurance coverage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Assessment: Evaluate potential institutional, business, or individual client markets to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Premium Calculation: Calculate premiums for clients based on their specific needs and risk profiles.
  • Client Coverage: Establish and maintain client insurance coverage, ensuring that clients have the necessary protection in place.
  • Market Identification: Identify potential markets and opportunities for growth and development.
  • Policy Requirements: Ensure that clients complete all necessary policy requirements, including forms and medical examinations.
  • Claims Monitoring: Monitor insurance claims and respond to clients' enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Policy Information: Provide clients with information concerning group and individual insurance packages, risk coverage, benefits paid, and other policy features.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Certifications: Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) licence.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, and a team player.
Work Conditions:
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
