Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for providing business analysis services to clients with diverse business and technological needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides a comprehensive range of business analysis services to clients.
  • Interacts with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand requirements.
  • Prepares and advises on business analysis policies, processes, and standards.
  • Leads and conducts business analysis to assess client's business problems/opportunities.
  • Develops strategies, prepares business cases, and conducts feasibility studies.
  • Conducts business modeling, use case modeling, and conceptual data modeling.
  • Monitors progress, resolves problems, and reports regularly to management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years' experience in business analysis and modeling.
  • 10+ years' experience in applying business modeling techniques/tools.
  • Experience in development of business strategies, business process re-engineering, and business case development.
  • Experience with Joint Application Development (JAD), Unified Modeling Language (UML), and Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools.
  • Proven ability to support clients in development of presentation materials and briefing notes.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working on a Document Management System or Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
  • Experience with a wide range of methods, tools, and techniques for business analysis.
  • Knowledge of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards.
