Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Cook to join our team at Raja Thai and Indian Cuisine. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of traditional dishes for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
