Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate inventory levels and process customer transactions in a fast-paced retail environment
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Set up displays of retail parts and accessories to promote sales and drive customer engagement
- Process incoming requisitions and maintain records on inventory control systems
- Prepare and track work orders, and prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Previous experience in a retail or inventory control environment is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
