Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Fountain Tire LTD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, creating work orders, and providing service quotes. You will also recommend tire service, specialty tire service, wheel, and mechanical service to customers and ensure accurate billing and processing of necessary information in the computer system.

This role requires 2+ years of experience in the automotive repair industry or tire industry, effective listening skills, and the ability to identify customer needs and provide recommendations. If you possess a valid driver's license and can provide a satisfactory passenger or commercial Driver's Abstract, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

- Create work orders and arrange bookings and communicate them to technicians
- Provide service quotes and receive customer authorization for work to be performed on vehicles, finalize sales, and complete customer follow-up
- Provide proactive calls to customers to determine their satisfaction level with the service they have received
- Recommend tire service, specialty tire service, wheel, and mechanical service to customers
- Ensure accurate billing and processing of necessary information in the computer system
- Keep promotional material updated in the showroom
- Participate in all safety initiatives as required or assigned
- Complete assigned e-learning and safety courses and adhere to standards and policies as described in learning modules
- Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts
