About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled User Experience Designer to join our team at Hengam. As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Lead: Supervise and lead a team of graphic designers or graphic arts technicians to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Estimation and Planning: Estimate the time required to complete graphic designs and illustrations, and develop plans to meet project deadlines.
  • Design and Development: Develop and produce realistic or representational sketches and final illustrations that meet the clients' objectives.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work in a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Design and Development: Develop the graphic elements that meet the clients' objectives, and prepare sketches, layouts, and graphic elements for review and approval.
  • Research and Development: Use existing photo and illustration banks and typography guides to ensure consistency and quality in design work.
  • Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to ensure that designs meet user needs and expectations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, and Figma.
About You
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in user experience design.
  • Personal Qualities: Team player, creativity, and strong communication skills.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
