Job Summary

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor security operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our clients and employees.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure work environment.
  • Provide training and guidance to security personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Manage and maintain security equipment and systems, ensuring they are functioning properly and efficiently.
  • Conduct investigations and incident reports as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a security-related field.
  • Security Guard License.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
