About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at Greenlife quality cleaners Inc.

Job Summary

The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating office services, prioritizing tasks, and overseeing administrative procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Delegating work to office support staff
  • Preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Monitoring and evaluating office administrative procedures
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Efficient interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Preferred Skills:
  • MS Office
Working Conditions:
  • Permanent position
  • 35 hours per week
  • Work Language: English
Estimated Salary:

$45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
