We're seeking an Events Program Manager to join our Marketing team at Acuity Insights, a leading provider of higher education solutions.

About the Role

As an Events Program Manager, you'll be responsible for planning and executing our growing events program, which includes conferences, webinars, and targeted marketing events. You'll work closely with our Marketing team to develop event strategies that align with our business objectives and drive engagement with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute event strategies that meet business objectives and drive engagement
  • Plan and coordinate conferences, webinars, and targeted marketing events
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and technology setup
  • Identify and coordinate guest speakers, hosts, and industry experts
  • Oversee the creation of promotional materials, registration pages, and post-event debriefs
  • Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Collaborate with internal teams on conference submissions and communication with prospects and partners
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in event planning and execution
  • Proven track record of delivering successful events with high engagement and ROI
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Experience with event management software and tools
