We're seeking an Events Program Manager to join our Marketing team at Acuity Insights, a leading provider of education management solutions.

About the Role

As an Events Program Manager, you'll be responsible for planning and executing our growing events program, which includes conferences, webinars, and other marketing events. You'll work closely with our Marketing team to develop event strategies that align with our business objectives and brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute event strategies that drive engagement and generate leads
  • Plan and coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and technology setup
  • Identify and coordinate guest speakers, hosts, and industry experts
  • Oversee the creation of promotional materials, registration pages, and post-event debriefs
  • Manage event budgets and ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Collaborate with internal teams on conference submissions and communication with prospects and partners
About You

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a proven track record of delivering successful events. You should have experience planning and executing multiple events simultaneously, as well as a strong understanding of event marketing and lead generation strategies.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in event planning and execution
  • Proven track record of delivering successful events with high engagement and lead generation
  • Strong understanding of event marketing and lead generation strategies
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
