Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Global Derivative Services team at Manulife Financial Corporation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of derivative trading strategies across multiple legal entities, segments, and portfolios.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of back-office functions, including trade processing, settlement, and reporting.
  • Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including traders, risk managers, and operations teams.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in derivative trading or a related field, with a strong understanding of trading operations and risk management.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, economics, or business administration.
