Marsh is seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to join our Captive Solutions group in the Technical Centre of Excellence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing new features, enhancements, and changes to our global insurance accounting system.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and modify logic in existing applications to fix errors, improve performance, and upgrade interfaces.
- Coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and maintaining Web and/or Desktop software applications.
- Translate business requirements into product designs and technical specifications.
- Write user help and support documentation.
- Clearly and regularly communicate on projects with management and colleagues.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Mathematics/Computer Science or a similar technical discipline.
- Familiarity with Relational Database Systems (Server SQL).
- Comfortable with vanilla JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Software Development Methodologies.
- Working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.
- NET and/or C#.
- Ability to learn new programming languages and business concepts quickly.
