About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team at ResMed Inc. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying software solutions that transform care for people with chronic diseases.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop software solutions that improve existing software solutions, services, components, and interfaces.
  2. Write software tests and unit tests to validate software solutions leveraging test-driven development techniques.
  3. Design and create relational databases leveraging data management and data structures best practices.
  4. Write code to implement new software solutions, services, components, and interfaces.
  5. Debug existing code to fix defects in software.
  6. Build and deploy software packages using Continuous Integration and Continuous Development best practices for delivering software as a service.
  7. Leverage known design patterns to design new software solutions, services, components, and interfaces for ResMed family of products.
  8. Leverage known secure programming principles to design new software solutions, services, components, and interfaces that meet industry and government standards for security and data protection.
  9. Work closely with the engineering team to implement customer requirements.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience with Object Oriented Programming.
  3. 5+ years of experience with relational databases - Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.
  4. 5+ years of development experience with C#.
  5. 5+ years of experience with ASP.NET and ASP.NET Core.
Preferred Experience
  1. Experience in the healthcare industry.
  2. AWS experience.
