Job Title: Plumbing Technician

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Technician to join our team at Any Hour Plumbing & Heating Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in domestic, commercial, and industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and repair plumbing fixtures and systems, including pipes, fittings, and appliances.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine plumbing system layouts.
  • Prepare estimates and quotations for clients.
  • Schedule personnel, tools, and equipment to ensure efficient job completion.
  • Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to required shape and size.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 to 40 hours per week.
Work Setting:

Various locations.

Tasks:
  • Install domestic, commercial, or industrial plumbing fixtures and systems.
  • Repair domestic, commercial, or industrial plumbing fixtures and systems.
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout of plumbing system, water supply network, and waste and drainage systems.
  • Prepare tenders and quotations.
  • Cut opening in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings.
  • Schedule personnel, tools, and equipment.
  • Estimate costs and materials.
  • Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to required shape and size.
Experience:

7 months to less than 1 year.
