About the Role:

K Sidhu Contracting Ltd. is seeking a skilled Steel Stud Framer to join our team. As a Steel Stud Framer, you will be responsible for constructing and installing structural elements in residential and commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems
  • Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Ability to work at heights, in noisy and dusty environments
  • Team player with accurate judgement and reliability
