Key Responsibilities- Pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with precision and care to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Pack orders with accuracy, including distinguishing between similar products, exact quantities, and correct product codes.
- Ensure products picked are of the highest quality, with no damaged products and freshest product selection.
- Correctly document and label all orders through interpretation and understanding of documentation, including pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
- Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
- Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction, offering service and supporting issues to resolution.
- Adhere to strict safety and food hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and hygienic work area, and ensuring all totes are clean and free of debris before packing.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, and efficiencies.
