Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at BIZZINTEL TECHNOLOGY INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, and answering electronic enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders.
  • Answer electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.

Requirements

  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience is an asset.

Work Environment

  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
