Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Rubber Materials Splicer to join our team at Viacore Solutions Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for checking and monitoring product quality, operating machines to cut, shape, and splice rubber materials, and inspecting finished products for defects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Check and monitor product quality to ensure conformance to specifications and quality standards
  • Operate machines or equipment to cut, shape, and splice rubber materials to form rubber parts or finished rubber products
  • Inspect finished rubber products for defects and adjust machinery and equipment to proper settings
  • Mark and re-route defective products for repair or recycle
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with all-weather conditions. The job requires repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, and physical demands.
