Job Title: Conveyor Belt Splicer

We are seeking a skilled Conveyor Belt Splicer to join our team at Viacore Solutions Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for checking and monitoring product quality, operating machines or equipment to cut, shape, splice, fit and cement rubber materials to form rubber parts or finished rubber products, inspecting finished rubber products for defects and conformance to specifications and quality standards, adjusting machinery and equipment to proper settings, marking and re-routing defective products for repair or recycle, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Check and monitor product quality to ensure conformance to specifications and quality standards.
  • Operate machines or equipment to cut, shape, splice, fit and cement rubber materials to form rubber parts or finished rubber products.
  • Inspect finished rubber products for defects and conformance to specifications and quality standards.
  • Adjust machinery and equipment to proper settings to ensure optimal performance.
  • Mark and re-route defective products for repair or recycle to minimize waste and optimize production.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment to ensure employee well-being and productivity.
