Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Physiotherapist to join our team at Closing the Gap Healthcare. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality physiotherapy services in the community setting, bringing your therapy skills to clients' homes.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have current active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario in good standing and possess excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships. You will be responsible for managing time and workload effectively, working collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Provide physiotherapy services in the community setting, including clients' homes
  • Manage time and workload effectively to meet deadlines and priorities
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care
  • Have current active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario in good standing
  • Have a valid Driver's License (G2/G) and reliable insured vehicle
  • Have vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) within 12 months of hire (or in process), with a current Criminal Records Check
