About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finishing Assistant to join our team at Sidhu Concrete Pumping Ltd. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and finishing of concrete surfaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt under the guidance of experienced crew members.
  • Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction and pave and rake asphalt as needed.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites and direct traffic at or near construction sites.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors to ensure the efficient completion of projects.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
