We are seeking a talented individual to provide analytical support for targeted marketing campaigns at Cella. This role involves building and managing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, leveraging data to create client lead lists and drive customer acquisition and retention strategies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, focusing on client lead generation and retention.
  • Collaborate with business partners to gather campaign requirements, develop solutions, and obtain sign-offs on documentation.
  • Code and test campaign processes to ensure accuracy and layouts are verified before launch.
  • Manage small-scale direct marketing projects within cross-functional teams, building strong relationships and adapting to program changes.
  • Analyze campaign results, make informed recommendations, and present findings in a clear format.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is required, with experience in developing, deploying, and managing email campaigns. Proficiency in Amp Script, HTML, and SQL is essential. Knowledge of database marketing, relational databases, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools is also required.
