Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Join Saskatchewan Ltd. as a Food Service Supervisor and take on a leadership role in our restaurant team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience, or equivalent experience
  • Safe Food Handling certificate
  • Basic security clearance
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team to provide excellent customer service and ensure the highest quality food and service.
