Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at FERNIE STANFORD HOTEL & RESORT. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all safety standards and departmental policies are met, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms, ensuring that our housekeeping team has everything they need to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Staff Scheduling: Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Guest Relations: Respond promptly and professionally to guest complaints, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency while working 30-40 hours per week.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
