Job Title: Executive Housekeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at FERNIE STANFORD HOTEL & RESORT.

Responsibilities:
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms, ensuring that all necessary items are available for housekeeping staff.
  • Staff Scheduling: Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Guest Relations: Respond to complaints of guests, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, with a strong background in housekeeping and customer service.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts.
