About the Role:
The Deli Clerk is a key member of our Thrifty Foods team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a positive shopping experience. As a Deli Clerk, you will be the face of our store, interacting with customers, answering questions, and providing recommendations on our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer deli orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Keep work areas clean and organized, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for customers and colleagues.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Contribute to store sales growth by actively promoting products and services.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives.
