- Team Leadership: Coach and supervise a team of quality professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in their roles.
- Customer Focus: Ensure that customer feedback and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively, driving continuous improvement in our products and services.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to quality and compliance, ensuring the integrity of our operations.
- Process Improvement: Analyze and improve our quality processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and cost savings.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including quality records and reports, to support our quality management system.
- 5+ years of experience in a quality management role, preferably in an electric or electronic manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of managing quality systems and leading quality teams.
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proficiency in French and English is mandatory.
