About the Role

This role involves identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting job notices, and coordinating selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Identify Current and Prospective Staffing Requirements: Analyze business needs to determine recruitment requirements, including skill sets and quantities.
  2. Prepare and Post Job Notices: Create job postings that accurately reflect the company's needs, including job responsibilities, required qualifications, and benefits.
  3. Coordinate Selection and Examination Boards: Work with hiring managers to evaluate candidates, conduct interviews, and make recommendations for hire.
  4. Advise Managers and Employees: Provide guidance on staffing policies and procedures, as well as support employees through staff consultation and grievance procedures.
  5. Determine Eligibility for Entitlements: Assess employee eligibility for benefits and other entitlements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience: A degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous Experience in Recruitment: At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field is required.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
