Job Title: Community Support Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and independent individual to join our team as a Community Support Worker. This role will provide support to an individual who requires assistance with daily living tasks and community access.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the individual in their daily life, including assistance with personal care, household chores, and community access. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and make decisions about the individual's care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to the individual with daily living tasks, including personal care and household chores
  • Assist the individual with community access, including transportation and social events
  • Work independently to make decisions about the individual's care and support
  • Communicate effectively with the individual, their family, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
