Duties and Responsibilities

- Train new and existing staff on clinical documentation systems, interRAI assessment tools, and other Bayshore applications">
- Prepare support materials for existing and new applications">
- Partner with clinical operations team and digital health team to update training materials and methodologies">
- Modify and configure systems as needed">
- Develop and conduct training sessions as required">
- Create/update/communicate training schedules to ICS staff">
- Analyze feedback from ICS staff and provide input to improve training methodologies and initiatives">
- Troubleshoot device/application issues and provide guidance to users">
- Participate in ongoing internal and/or external continuing education activities">
- Learn new applications to update training materials and provide training on newly acquired applications">
- Participate in project implementations from a training perspective as required">
Education and Training Requirements

- Diploma in Registered Practical Nursing or relevant course of study">
- Possess current valid license as a registered nurse or registered practical nurse">
- Adult learner/education certificate/training or willing to obtain within 2 years">
- Health informatics certificate or willing to obtain within 2 years">
- Valid G driver's license">
