Distribution Technician

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our rail logistics services. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Distribution Technician.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload railcars with precision and efficiency.
- Operate forklifts and other equipment to move materials around the facility.
- Monitor and control valves and diverters to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve daily shipping and receiving goals.
- Participate in our EH&S programs to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 6+ months of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to read and interpret documents, write reports, and speak effectively.
Work Environment:
This role requires regular work in an outdoor environment, with exposure to various weather conditions. You will be required to wear personal protective equipment, including a respirator and other PPE, to ensure a safe working environment.
