Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for transaction processing, data access, performance tuning, and database recovery.
  • Develop and implement database security measures to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive data.
  • Collaborate with application teams to design and deploy databases in non-production and production environments.
  • Evaluate and test new database features, documenting and presenting findings to the team.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams on projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in PostgreSQL.
  • Experience in Cloud database support.
  • Intensive understanding of database security, maintenance, backup/recovery, integrity, service tier, volume test, and deployment process.
  • Good understanding of database provision automation, DBAAS, GitHub, Azure Kubernetes, and deployment automation.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
