Database Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Database Analyst to join our team at CB Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating business and financial reports, and assisting in the design, development, and maintenance of all database systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement database schemas and structures for data population
  • Develop and optimize stored procedures and functions using SQL
  • Build and maintain Power BI Reports based on business needs
  • Collaborate with other teams to provide data-related support
  • Optimize and maintain legacy data-related systems and code
Requirements:
  • Intermediate to Advanced level in SQL
  • Solid grasp of Microsoft SQL Server/Azure SQL
  • Proficiency with Power BI and Power BI Server
  • Intermediate understanding of other RDBMS databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Oracle
  • Understanding of AWS data-related technologies
