Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Legal Assistant to join our team at Stewart & Bain Professional Corporation. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with experience in real estate law to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to lawyers and other staff members, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across teams.
  • Assist in the preparation of legal documents, contracts, and other materials, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments, applying this expertise to provide informed guidance and support.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, manage schedules, and perform various other tasks as required.
About Our Ideal Candidate:
  • We are looking for a candidate with 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A strong educational background, including completion of college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality work in a timely and efficient manner.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
