About the Role
As a Store Team Supervisor at Savers / Value Village, you'll play a critical role in driving business results and developing your team members. You'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, make important decisions, and contribute to the success of our stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of store employees to achieve business objectives
- Make informed decisions that impact store performance and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to drive sales growth and improve operations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and loyalty
