Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customs Clearance Specialist to join our team at ESHPRE GLOBAL INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for preparing and processing import and export documents, negotiating rates and terms, and advising clients on export and import restrictions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process import and export documents, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and customs forms.
  • Negotiate rates and terms with clients and suppliers.
  • Advise clients on export and import restrictions, including regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Arrange for payment of duties, taxes, storage, and transportation of imported goods.
  • Prepare contracts and other papers as required.
  • Quote duty and tax rates on commodities.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in customs clearance or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
