We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Heart to Heart Home Care Services Ltd. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support in the comfort of clients' homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
  • Administer medications and perform various medical procedures as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
