Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Heart to Heart Home Care Services Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support in a home care setting, ensuring the comfort, dignity, and well-being of our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide personal care, including toileting, feeding, and transferring patients
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to healthcare professionals
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, including laundry and housekeeping duties
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
